Here at Caledonian Marketing, we see it as our greatest strategic advantage. A team built from a mosaic of perspectives isn't just a box-ticking exercise; it's the engine of our success. This isn't a happy accident; it’s by design, and it’s one of the most significant assets we have in our mission to deliver outstanding results for our clients.


Sales and marketing are challenging, and it’s easy to think that there’s a single “type” of person who succeeds. But we’ve found the exact opposite to be true. This philosophy starts at the very top. Our founder, Calum Todd, was shaped by an upbringing with a single mother and older sister, which instilled a deep sense of responsibility and respect for others. His journey wasn't a straight line, and his experiences taught him invaluable lessons about the importance of hard work and perseverance. He eventually found his calling in the sales and marketing industry and admits he wasn't the quickest learner. However, he discovered a vital truth: if you master the systems and put in the work, success will follow, regardless of your background. This journey is why he is so passionate about mentoring; he sees the potential in everyone, not just those who fit a specific mould.


This is complemented perfectly by our co-founder, Marco Falconer, who started his journey developing a first-hand customer experience. He recognised his passion for interacting with people and sought a greater challenge where his management skills could truly flourish. He thrives on the lively, supportive atmosphere of our team, a testament to the fact that an inclusive environment is what allows diverse talent to shine. Together, Calum and Marco are living proof that there is no single path to success. Their different journeys have created a leadership team that values creativity, problem-solving, and a relentless work ethic above all else.
