Founder & Director

"I was a qualified landscape gardener for four years but felt that I needed more of a challenge. So I decided to try my hand at becoming a car salesman. However, after a year in the motor trade, I realised that wasn't the career for me.

After that, I joined a brilliant sales & marketing company and spent 3 years working closely with the managing director developing my skills and knowledge.

Today I work closely with our own sales team mentoring, encouraging, supporting and coaching them to help efficiently and effectively deliver our clients' goals as well as for their own development."

"I started my career working in a tech shop. I have always enjoyed interacting with customers but I wanted something more challenging where I could use the management and customer experience that I had gained. Building on that decision, I started out on a career in sales. I feel that I thrive in this lively atmosphere with the support and network of everyone around me. Today I work very closely with our team, passing on the skills and knowledge that I have built up and helping to provide them with the best opportunity to progress and develop their own careers."
